There are a million promotion companies per square feet on the world wide web. All make promises, few have the team behind them to deliver, and even fewer have any proof that their mission statement is anything more than a few intelligently placed words and that they are actually committed to helping an artist grow. Testimonies can be written by anyone, and there are guidebooks on how to manipulate download/listen statistics on the web. So who can you trust?
Crossed Over Entertainment is a company specializing in radio promotions. They create “an aggressive but effective radio campaign,” and strive to “not only achieve airplay on mainstream radio, but also for [their] clients to become highly charted.”
Behind the Crossed Over Entertainment name are Brett Deutsch and Melanie Weimer. Brett has worked for two major record labels in Miami, Florida in the marketing & promotions department, and his determination and skills led him from college and mix show promotions to National Director of Promotions for running a successful campaign that led to his artist going platinum.
Melanie has been working in the marketing and advertising field for over nine years, and is responsible for many successful nation-wide advertising campaigns. She adds an unmatched amount of dedication and perseverance to her work. Along with working with some of the most influential companies in South Florida, she has teamed up with Brett to create Crossed Over Entertainment.
After joining together with Crossed Over Entertainment, new hip-hop artist Sonny Black’s single “Still Water” has reached commercial radio stations on a national scale. Mediabase & BDS tracking results show that he has that is getting support from several FM stations across the nation, and listeners have taken to the track. Think your track could catch on?
Using their strong relationships with program directors, music directors, mix show DJs, and club DJs, they work hard at getting your music heard on mainstream radio. The campaigns are tailored to fit the artist and marketed for success.
